"Driver arrived early. Journey uncomfortable due to poor weather and uneven driving. Reached destination on time. We were a little delayed due to hospital waiting times but when we were ready to return, the driver had left on another job!!! I had tried to let him know we had been delayed without success. Eventually we had to locate another company for the return journey at more cost of course.The driver had called to let us know he was waiting but had used our home landline number.
An extremely unsatisfactory experience especially for my unwell wife. "
