He didn't leave until he argued with us and I had to show the confirmation email to him. Very unprofessional asking for more money from us instead of from you. After spending £100 booking this a few days before for my partners birthday, this spoilt the night completely. I would like to discuss this matter further please. Thank you "

"The driver did not travel to Cardiff airport because he could not find the appropriate flight number. I admit I had put the wrong number in the booking but it was clear that there was only one TUI flight arriving from Malaga at the times stated. I was not contacted to clarify the query until we were in flight travelling when I could not answer. As a result there was no pick up when we exited departures. We ended up having to hire another cab from airport to CF14 1HQ. I would ask that you refund the £46.75p for the return journey. Look forward to hearing from you."

Which you would expect to be more due to time and being picked up from a taxi rank. So I feel I was fleeced twice for this journey. So I’d be hesitant of using Taxicode again"
